Hi there pupls, colleagues and parents of  the Such Fun schools!

I am Miss Andy and I will be teaching with Such Fun! from September 2023 to January 2024. I am from Madrid, Spain where I study Primary education and Early Childhood education at the Antonio de Nebrija University. I am a third-year student and I will specialize in teaching English as a second language.

Studying in The Netherlands has always been a dream of mine, so when I had the opportunity, I chose to come here as an Erasmus student for a semester with Fontys University. I hope this experience will bring me a lot I can learn from, from making new friends now that I start living abroad to improving my skills as a teacher and my English.

Currently I live in Tilburg with other exchange students in a big house. We are a multicultural house, there’s people from Korea, Taiwan, Romania, Bulgaria and Portugal. Sometimes we cook for each other, and we share cultural differences which enriches us a lot.

My hobbies include reading, drawing or dancing among other creative activities. So, I’m really grateful I can teach as a Such Fun teacher because it combined the two things I love the most: creativity and teaching English.

I feel so welcomed here thanks to Yvonne and to all the Such Funners that make an amazing team.

So excited to start having fun learning English!

Hola a todos!,

Soy Miss Andy y estaré dando clases con Such Fun! desde septiembre de 2023 hasta enero de 2024. Soy de Madrid, España donde estudio Educación Primaria y Educación Infantil en la Universidad Antonio de Nebrija. Soy estudiante de tercer curso y me especializaré en la enseñanza del inglés como segunda lengua.

Estudiar en Países Bajos siempre ha sido un sueño para mí, así que cuando tuve la oportunidad elegí venir aquí como estudiante de Erasmus durante un semestre con la Universidad de Fontys. Espero que esta experiencia me aporte mucho de donde aprender, desde hacer nuevos amigos o empezar a vivir en el extranjero hasta mejorar mis habilidades como profesora y mi inglés.

Actualmente estoy viviendo en Tilburg con otros estudiantes de intercambio en una casa. Tenemos una casa realmente multicultural, hay gente de Corea, Taiwán, Rumanía, Bulgaria y Portugal. A veces cocinamos los unos para los otros y compartimos las diferencias culturales lo que enriquece mucho nuestra experiencia.

En cuanto a mis aficiones me gusta leer, dibujar o bailar, entre otras actividades creativas.

Por eso estoy muy agradecida de poder dar clases como profesora de Such Fun porque mezcla las dos cosas que más me gustan: la creatividad y enseñar inglés.

Me siento muy acogida aquí gracias a Yvonne y a todos los Such Funners que forman un equipo increíble.

Estoy muy emocionada por empezar a divertirme enseñando inglés.
