Ruben Ponton Candido (B)

Hi everyone, my name is Mister Ruben and I’m 24 years old. I’m from Belgium, and I’m currently studying in Tilburg for 6 months.

My family comes from Spain, so I have two mother tongues, French and Spanish. I love learning and speaking new languages. I’m studying to become an English and Dutch teacher.

I grew up in Liège, in the French speaking part of Belgium. After my high school years, I decided to go abroad, and I lived in the United States for a year as an exchange student.

This experience was amazing, I had my first teaching experience as a French and Spanish teacher assistant in my free time. After that, I went back to Belgium to study translation and interpretation in English and Dutch.

I then decided to start studying to become an English and Dutch teacher.

My hobbies are playing tennis, reading, travelling, learning new languages and geography.

I love to travel, and my dream would be living in the most countries possible around the world.

During my stay in the Netherlands, I’ll be teaching English with SuchFun and I’ll try to improve my Dutch as much as I can in this beautiful country.

I can’t wait to start this new experience and I’m excited to start working here in the Netherlands.

Bonjour tout le monde, je m’appelle Monsieur Ruben et j’ai 24 ans. Je viens de Belgique et je vais étudier à Tilburg pour 6 mois.

Ma famille vient d’Espagne et j’ai deux langues natales, le français et l’espagnol. J’adore apprendre et parler des nouvelles langues. J’étudie pour devenir professeur d’anglais et de néerlandais.

J’ai grandi à Liège, dans la partie francophone de Belgique.

Après mes études secondaires, j’ai décidé de partir un an à l’étranger. J’ai vécu un an aux États-Unis comme étudiant d’échange.

Cette expérience était incroyable et ça a été ma première en tant que professeur car j’ai eu la chance d’être un professeur assistant en français et en espagnol pendant mon temps libre.

Après cela, je suis retourné en Belgique pour étudier en traduction et interprétation en néerlandais et anglais. J’ai ensuite décidé de devenir un prof d’anglais et néerlandais.

Mes hobbies sont le tennis, la lecture, voyager, apprendre des Nouvelles langues et la géographie. J’aime voyager et mon rêve serait de vivre dans le plus de pays possible dans le monde.

Pendant mon séjour aux Pays-Bas, j’enseignerai grâce à SuchFun. J’essaierai aussi d’améliorer mon niveau de néerlandais dans ce beau pays.

J’ai hâte de commencer cette nouvelle experience et d’enseigner ici aux Pays-Bas!
